The company was really responsive... immediately picked up the phone, then gave me a date and time the engineer would arrive. They even called to let me know he was 10 minutes away.
Matthew was brilliant... he explained everything clearly and the whole repair went exactly as described.
Really excellent company... they put their customers first. Would definitely recommend.
