Having got our 9 year old washing machine 'back on its feet' due to your technical skill in parts re-placement, we encountered a follow-up mis-function of the machine a day or so later. My husband and I were very impressed by the follow-up visit during which your service engineer took great care to identify what might have caused the misfunction and to re-assure us that basically the machine, inspite of its age, should perform satisfactorilly.
