Efficient service , easy to make an appointment and the chap was prompt. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t fixed - I’ve been having a bad sour milk smell coming from it, but it wasn’t something he’d ever heard of, and I was told to rinse dishes thoroughly etc, all of which I’ve done for years anyway. But I appreciate it wasn’t a specific prob to be fixed. Plus salt light constantly on, which I was told to just ignore. I did think £48 for 25 mins was very expensive, especially as I he didn’t do anything, other than told me what I already knew - this might be the going rate for appliance ‘fixing’, I’m not implying this particular company over charged, but £100 an hour ?! That’s a bit much.
