Fast and efficient . Website easy to navigate and place NDIS orders. Only wish they would forward invoices directly to plan managers, but it's a small issue as sometimes it helps to forward one's own invoice so you can attached own letterhead explaining purchase to ensure quicker approval and release of funds.
