I asked her complain anonymously and the company still contacted me.
The product isn't as described and isn't plush and feels like plastic.
That was my only complaint I didn't wish to be contacted that's why I wished to remain anonymous.
So beware. If you wish to make a complaint and ask to be anonymous, you really aren't with this company.
Well they did the right thing in asking me if they could rectify it. I did not wish for this. I just wanted to comment on the product I received.
