Have had past problems with Australia Post delivery to my home, with parcels being taken to PO or other pickup point instead of being left on my doorstep. I live with a disability and can't pick up from anywhere else and thus far no one has seemed to be aware of how important this is to me. Conni representatives provided clear tracking info with a responsive and respectful "chat" option who was not automated but a real human who was undertanding, responsive and helpful. Can't answer the rest coz it's still in transit.
