As a senior citizen and not overly confident on the internet, Narelle sent me links so I could see all my options. She was so patient with me and helpful in choosing the right product for my needs, I just can’t believe the service I got. As well as the service on the phone, she managed to get my order shipped the same day “Friday” to avoid delays with the public holiday on the following Monday.
