Dear Sven, I am pleased with the socks I purchased. Your customer care representative, Joyce was very pleasant and easy to work with. However, making the purchase was difficult and time-consuming. I was not able to purchase any products from the website. Your representative attempted to resolve the problem but was not able to do so. I communicated over several days through live chat, email, and finally by telephone to place my order. I checked the website today and still cannot place an order. I received the same message with every attempt to order one pair of socks. The message stated, "The Requested Quantity is Not Available". I would like to purchase more of your products but the process is too cumbersome. Best Regards, Dennis
