This is an interim review and rating … because, as of yet, my order has not been shipped. Order was place and paid for two weeks ago. Item ordered was listed as “in stock” I am unable to determine cause for delay as well as when it will be shipped. Hence this rating. Update: I submitted the above narrative review with an accompanying rating of three stars for the reasons listed. Within 30 minutes of that submission, I received a personal reply from a customer service representative with an apology and shipping information. Never have I experienced such an immediate response and resolution to a problem with a purchase made via the internet. My order (a beautiful silk boutonnière flower) arrived today as promised. Perfect for my purposes … and elegantly boxed. I update my rating to five stars. I will be a repeat customer.
