I am 44 years old and have never given much thought or effort to dressing as a gentleman. With some of the executive security work I was doing about 6 years ago it became a necessity to "dress the part." I noticed right away how people were treating me differently, I was receiving many compliments, and I even felt different about myself, in a positive way. In the spring of 2022 I started going back to college full-time as I am seeking to get into law school by late 2024, and I am starting to do more work as a paralegal and it is not uncommon for the attorney I work for to have me accompany her to court. The environment demands that I am dressed in at least business casual, if not even more professionally at other times. I started to randomly search YouTube for ideas and education about dressing as a gentleman and I eventually stumbled across the Gentleman's Gazette. It was a treasure trove of insight and valuable lessons that I was greatly in need of. Since then I have made numerous orders from Fort Belvedere and plan to make many more. I have absolutely fallen in love with their silk woven ties, calf-high socks, and pocket squares. Completely unexpected was the affinity I developed for boutonnieres and even bow ties!
