The customer service was impeccable. The personnel was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. I stumbled upon the YouTube channel about 3 yes now and was an instant subscriber. They’ve really helped my dress ups, and pointed out where I could be better with my assembles. For instance, I had pre-knotted bow ties all my life until now. Lol
