I take it here I should just comment on the Gentleman's Gazette videos and writtten commentary since I am to write on each item purchased separatetly? Learnt this from my first review. I found the advice very helpful. The fashion advisors really know their stuff and it is hard to find good information on black tie dress. I own two top end Armani classic tuxes (midnight blue and black). Both have silk-satin lapels. I was determined to accessorise with barathea silk but after reading and watching took the fashion advise and stuck with the matching silk-satin .(At first did not agree but thought about it some more and opted not to ruin the look). I may buy another bow tie and cummerbund in wide grained grosgrain to break up the satin look which I read is ok. I am far more casual than the advisors so would not wear every accessory (buttonears for example) but now am confident that a cummerbund is the way to go and of course matching your lapels makes sense. I would love to see a couple of fun articles on how one could break the rules a little.
