It’s always great when a transaction goes smoothly until it doesn’t. Recently I ordered from Gentleman’s Gazette and although I received a notification that my package was delivered, there was no package at my door. (I was prepared for the battle we all often experience when things go sideways.) However, that was NOT the case in reaching out to Gentleman’s Gazette. I was pleasantly greeted my a most courteous, understanding, and accommodating young women. She assured me that a replacement item would be sent out immediately at no additional charge. Obviously, I was thrilled. Simply stated, Gentleman’s Gazette is reliable, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Way to go Gentleman’s Gazette Glenn Michael Milliet
