I ordered an xone phone. For which I paid 220euros including a case Only to receive a oukitel c15 valuation of under 70 euros and of dubious quality.... they have given me an Address in China to return it. However An Address in Australia was given to some one else... they are willing to give 10% off if I keep the oukitel, whoopie. My young daughter has a better phone. Hyperstech can not be trusted and payment services should be suspended worldwide. They are scamming people without a doubt. This is not an isolated case or unfortunate mistake, but a deliberate scam........
