Bought an high specs X One mibile phone, got a Oukitel C16 cheap clone phone in an X One box. Although the servicedesk is very eager and swift in answering the complaint emails I have send they want me to send the cheap Oukitel C16 phone back and promiss to send the money back. What guaranty do I have that I get my money back if they scammed me the first time ?
