Let me preface that I tried the growth system without any success so I cancelled my subscription without any issues. I continue to purchase the shampoo and conditioner because I love the way my wisps look and feel afterwards. AND because every time I've dealt with CS, my experience has been positive. Very positive and sincere. I like their web site. I receive texts with sale alerts. And the bottles have a pleasing design (purchased pumps to fit the bottles for easier access). What's not to like?
