I have suffered from rls most of my life and nothing seems to help except tonic water, I tried these pills 1st with 1 nothing then with 2 no results then 3 will work a majority of the time but I still have some lingering urge to stretch and kick my legs and sometimes I feel it wears off before I go to sleep. I hate that I have to gake 3 pills to get some relief as this won't last long and make repurchasing more frequent than what I want to pay. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because nothing else I have tried besides tonic water works even a little, but because of the amount of pulls needed and the inconsistency of it working I gave 3 out of 5 stars, all in all I will probably purchase this again as even working half the time or taking the edge off is better than suffering.
