I haven't quite finished my first bottle of Mag R&R, but so far it seems to be working. I have had a lot of trouble with night leg cramps and have used another magnesium supplement for some years. It hasn't worked for a few months and that's when I switched to MAG R&R. I haven't had any leg cramps since I've been using it and I'm hoping it will continue to work.
