I have had very bad leg cramps and I had not slept thru a night in years. I like cramps were so severe at times I was in tears. I had tried so many rubs, creams and pills and only ever got slight relief. The day I read the article on line for MAG R&R I decided to try one more product. This one WORKED! Some nights I sleep right thru the night. Some nights I get a cramp or two but not severe as they had been andI can handle it. I hope it will work for others as well.
