I have just begun using Salt Wrap for my early morning cramps in my legs and feet. I started taking one capsule a day, and then I began taking two, and now I am taking three. One
helped some, two was better, but three seems to be perfect. I had no cramps at all this morning. So I am pleased with the Salt Wrap at the present.
