I've been having trouble falling asleep and waking with awful leg cramps, then not being able to go back to sleep. Taking Mag R&R does help me fall asleep faster and I'm having fewer and less painful cramp issues. It hasn't completely solved my problem but it has improved my situation. And my chiropractor who strongly believes in natural solutions likes the combination of ingredients in the product. Will keep using it.
