I have suffered with foot and leg cramping in the evening for a few years now that started after I had foot surgery (both feet). Cramping was severe and woke we up, continuing until I could work it out. Now, after taking this product for a few months I usually sleep through the night and rarely have the leg cramps I used to have. I sleep better and have less pain. I highly recommend
