Before using Mag R&R I was having horrible leg cramps every night. As soon as I started taking this product on day 1, they stopped! I only take one per night. I was very skeptical that this would work but I can tell you now, I am not! This product works! I will never allow myself to run out. I am now able to get 8-9 hours of sleep!
