The product I buy from Salt Wrap works great. I recently purchased seven bottles and while in transit the package was damaged and three of the bottles disappeared. I contacted Salt Wrap and told them what happened and without one hitch they are sending me three bottles to replace the ones that did not arrive with the four I received. Great customer service!
