Scott, I thought I was finally getting relief. Little cramps in feet and calves no problem compared to the huge leg ripping cramps I've been having. But last night, all night they kept coming back!"! not the big ones but below my knees. I took another pill at about 4:30am walking off the cramps all night. So miserable. I was taking one pill before bed. I'm also taking 800MG of Magnesium and. cramp defense in the AM. What do you suggest?
