The MAG R&R Muscle Recovery is a fantastic product. I can safely say, I've only had one leg cramp in months. What a relief to not be woken up at night having to massage a cramp out. These also help me sleep better, just a nice mild relaxer that gently puts me to sleep shortly after I take two pills. I won't be with out the MAG R&R ever again and would highly recommend it to anyone having leg cramps.
