I have very painful night time cramping in my thighs and calves which I have taken slow mag for but lately my feet and toes have been getting real bad cramps to where I could barely flatten my feet out even with my full weight pushing down on my heels....until I started the Mag R&R. I sleep much better and have not had the foot cramps anymore.
