It seems to have helped with my tendon and ligament issues but, it's hard to be sure if it was the product or me trying to nurse myself back from injury. It does mix well with most all liquids and is very hard to distinguish a taste. I would like to say its worth the money but, for over $50 a container that lasts a month, it's a little too pricey for no real discernable results.
