I've been following the Build from Broken exercise protocol and taking collagen synthesis for a month.
I was unaware of the research on tendon, ligament and cartilage treatment, supplementation and exercise requirements for growth and recovery.
I'd have to say that after a month I feel much better. I'm 67, an exercise lover, and my joints feel a lot better.
I'm sold on the exercise progrm and the supplements and plan on making them a lifelong thing.
