Highly excellent customer service.
I purchased a product that did not work for me as expected. When I asked for a return/refund in an email, I received a reply within two minutes from the head of the company’s customer care team with an apology and an immediate refund. I then received an email from PayPal with refund notice this all happened within FIVE minutes from my request for refund.
