Collagen Synthesis was a game changer for my knees. I am 65 years old and have osteoarthritis in both knees. I have worked hard and been successful keeping my knees mobile and legs strong to slow the arthritis. BUT 1.5 years ago I was in a motor vehicle accident and it really messed up my knees.
