As I have aged, I have started experiencing muscle spasms in my feet in the middle of the night that sometimes involves the calf muscle too. Since I have been taking Saltwrap Mag R&R, my spasms have all but disappeared. No more spasms in the middle of the night and falling asleep much faster. One pill did not work for me as it does for some, but 2 is great. I will definitely be ordering more before I run out.
