I been taking 1 scoop of saltwrap daily for Ia little less than 3 weeks. At this point I csn't say I've noticed any difference. I bought this to help with my shoulder which hurts when I move it beyond a small radius due to the reduced amount of cartilage and early signs of arthritis. I am not expecting big changes in the first month but I am hoping I get some sense that it is working. I'll keep with it til the container is empty and make a call at that point.
