I am over 70 and having terrible leg cramps every night. Found and tried Mag R&R and in 2 weeks they were gone completely. I stopped taking the capsules 2 weeks ago and the cramps have not returned. This is no bull! I’m Leary and waiting, but I’m ready if they return. I figure my body was imbalanced of the natural ingredients I need. Whatever, it worked for me.
