I've been waking up with horrible foot and leg cramps for the last few years. My father was plagued with them, and I wish I'd known about Mag R&R while he was alive. I started out the first few days, one pill did the trick, but now two or three are keeping them very slight, or none bothering at all. I bought the two bottles and don't want to have the automatic plan, so I guess I'll be buying the next bottle or two soon. Thank you, I've already told many people about it, since I live in a senior community.
