Hi there. Your costumer service is good however the delivery partners you have are not. They lost/delivered my items to the wrong address and I couldn't get them back. I bought them again through Amazon because I trust their delivering sitem better. Antje at costumer services is a great asset to your company as she absolutely did her best to help me track my items.
