I ordered an Oculus Quest 2 on 1/29/2023, and it arrived in time with UPS shipping. Whenever I asked to change my address, the customer service was friendly and accommodating. Prices are also very affordable compared to other stores. The only downside is that they need more locations for better access to their services.
