I recently sold my old iPad to them and they told me it was only worth $100 because it was so old. I felt this offer was too low, so when I found out about ecoatm offering better prices, I was very disappointed in how they handled my transaction. It's a shame because the customer service at their store seemed friendly enough otherwise.
