I don't like going to the store near me because of a bad experience with a supervisor (Bothell location). But, my last four online orders arrived on time or early. One order was supposed to arrive on 5/11, but I got an email saying it would arrive the next day. It was a phone and it was shipped the same day. I give the online ordering department 5 stars for their quick delivery.
