The reason for my 2-star rating on ShopiOSx review is because of the rude and rushed behavior of the lady who assisted me. She didn't explain the payment fee properly and was in a hurry to finish up with me. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, the parking situation at your store is terrible. It's a shame because I had a great experience with the iPhone 13 Pro Max I purchased from ShopiOSx, which connected perfectly with my carrier and has 100% battery health.
