I ordered an iPhone 11 on 9/27 from ShopiOSx.com. There was a shipping delay, but they eventually shipped it to me after a week. The iPhone 11 I received was in good condition - it powered on perfectly and had no scratches or damage. The only minor issue was the stickers on the phone and box, listing the phone SKU and model. When I contacted customer service, Jessica explained that it's part of their warehouse procedure. They need a better process for labeling the phones so that the stickers don’t damage the iPhone so I have to give it only 3 stars
