I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max in 512GB deep purple, but received an iPhone 14 Plus in 128GB from Shopiosx staff instead. After contacting shopiosx support team and enduring a lengthy hold time, I was assisted by a helpful and understanding support member. They promptly arranged for a redelivery, and I am now awaiting the correct order through FedEx. Despite the initial mix-up, I commend and appreciate the level of customer service provided by Shopiosx's support team.
