Was surprised the unit cracked where the battery connection was, but this was the unit that the wife LOVES because she does the pool with this one because its light, and powerful with no cord to worry it would get into the pool. when i went to charge the battery the housing cracked so the battery does not stay connected. spoke to your CS person, BEST SERVICE EVER AND GOT A REPLACEMENT ......
