Two phone calls , they were very patient and listening to the problem in detail and then they send me a detailed procedure by e mail to follow it , maybe the machine could spin , in fact after doing g every thing as per the procedure the machine didn't spin at all , at that time I recalled back and mentioned every thing to them, they told me we will put your name on the waiting list because they don't have the same machine on stock now. They were very helpful.
