I bought an AquaJoe hose a few months ago. Unfortunately the hose blew out after 6 weeks. I left an email for customer support and they contacted me within a day. They asked a few questions on use and storage of the hose, then quickly processed a replacement and sent it to me. So their customer support was great to work with!
And BTW the hose has been nice to work with--much lighter than rubber hoses and much easier to coil up and store.
