If only we weren’t forced to put a star… I purchased a Sun Joe pressure washer, thinking my current one was on its last legs but it ended up having another 2 seasons of life in it. The day came that I needed to use the Sun Joe. After installing most pieces (the nozzle holder didn’t seem to fit anywhere and the instructions were lacking), we started washing our car. I think it lasted 20 minutes when the hose they attaches from the machine to the gun sprinkler a leak at the connector, losing pressure and rendering the unit inoperable. This proved rather quickly how absolutely cheap this product is made. Reached out to customer service who seemed very helpful at first but they were hung on the fact that I said it was 2 years old and therefore out of warranty. I advised I’m in Quebec and there are laws protecting customers from these types of situations, and they’ve ignored my emails since. Don’t waste your money on this company’s cheap product and even worse “customer service” STAY AWAY
