I purchased a corded SunJoe lawn mower from Amazon. One month before warranty expired an electrical component quit working so that the only way to stop the lawnmower was to unplug it. I contacted the company and they agreed to refund me because they didn’t have the inventory on hand and couldn’t send across the border anyway. They also said they couldn’t send me a check (cheque) for whatever reason I don’t understand. They wanted me to go through a company called Brex (who apparently deal with international money transfers). That didn’t work either. So since early May and many phone calls (talking to; Daisy, Charlotte, Zyrah, Dar, Cebe…) and a telephone message and email message left by Percival….they wanted me to go through the same process again with Brex. Both Amazon and my bank have told me not to do. I have never heard of a company being unable to send a company cheque to a customer before. This is just a case of putting the customer off long enough and hopefully they will forget about it. SO TO SUMMARIZE…. THIS COMPANY’S REFUND POLICY IS NON EXISTENT. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT OF SUNJOE. Signed T.B.
