I couldn't get or adjust the pressure on my pressure washer. The agent walked me through steps I had already done on my own, and told me my unit was working properly, then offerred to sell me a new nozzle. No advice on how I might be able to adjust the pressure or if I was using the proper attachment, or any information of value. I bought the unit a little over a year ago for my husband, he used it once before his death in October of last year. The unit came with a 2 year warranty, and she wants to sell me more parts. A part that may only be good for one use (?). So much for customer service and backing up your product.
