How can I do zero stars?
Return was outside of 30 day period. They wouldn’t even give me a credit note. I explained there were extenuating circumstances, but they wouldn’t even allow for an exchange.
The sizing on the dresses is way out and the dresses are absolutely hideous. You’d have thought they would allow an exchange but nope!
Great customer service! NOT.
I’ve returned to other companies outside of returns period and never, ever had an issue. The quality of the dresses is shocking. I don’t even think the charity shop will want them.
