I love the products, and the convenience of delivery. I just wish it was easier to keep abreast of and use rewards points. Contact pages also need to be updated for correct contact person, and if no one is available to answer the customer service phone for online orders, it should be made clear that inquiries left that way are not liable to be answered in a timely fashion, and that E-mail is better. Nathan was kind enough to explain that to me via E-mail, but it's better for pages to reflect what people can actually expect. I would have given 3 stars if Nathan hadn't been so forthcoming and helpful via our E-mail exchange.
